Tom has worked in packaging and recycling for his entire career. At paper and cardboard packager and recycler DS Smith, he worked firstly as an analyst in their Recycling & Paper function before assuming a sustainability strategy and reporting role at the company head office. After switching to the aluminium sector, he now leads Alupro to drive even more aluminium packaging into circular loops.
