A graduate of Mines ParisTech (specialised Masters in IGE Environment and Sustainable Development), EDHEC Business school and the University of Nice (Bachelor’s degree in Cell Biology and Physiology), Stéphanie Lumbers has put this dual scientific and commercial expertise to good use in much of her career, notably as Hygiene & Beauty Marketing Manager at La Brosse & Dupont. Before joining the FEBEA, Stéphanie Lumbers was in charge of Packaging and Circular Economy at the ECOCERT Group.
At the FEBEA, Stéphanie Lumbers is responsible for supporting the 350 cosmetics companies that are members of the FEBEA in the deployment of sustainable practices, through regulatory and technical expertise on the subjects of packaging and the circular economy, environmental footprint, biodiversity, carbon and climate; defining with members the sector’s positions and strategies in terms of sustainable development; facilitating cooperation, coordinating and steering joint R&D projects and pooling resources.
