Rosalie Mann is the founding president of the No More Plastic Foundation, a leader in the field of sustainable development. Creator of the Humann Prize awarded during the Semaine du Cinéma Positif, organised under the auspices of the Cannes Film Festival, Innovation Catalyst at the Circular Fashion Summit, she sits on the jury for the Anthem Awards “Sustainability, Environment & Climate” and is an expert judge for the Sustainability Certificate of the Institut Français de la Mode x Kering.She has also been a speaker at TEDx and at international summits such as UN World Ocean Day, Women’s Forum, Web Summit, Forbes Sustainability Summit, and at national level in France, such as the conference organised by the United Nations Association of France and the Ministry of Ecological Transition on the challenges of the International Treaty against Plastic Pollution, the MEDEF REF, BIG, Nice Climate Summit. His hard-hitting speeches have already raised awareness among millions of people around the world.
Her publications have appeared in magazines such as VOGUE, Le Monde, Les Echos, Euronews and National Geographic. In 2019, ELLE named her one of the 30 most influential French personalities in the field of the environment. In 2022, she was named one of the 100 French Women of Culture whose talent, commitment and audacity inspire change in the world.
That same year, she joined forces with TEDx Countdown to raise the profile of the global movement to highlight solutions for moving rapidly to a world without greenhouse gas emissions and tackling the climate crisis. In 2023, Business O Féminin recognised her as one of the 10 women who will mark the year through their actions. In 2024, Forbes ranked her among the 40 most influential French women of the year. Drawing on her expertise in sustainable development issues, Rosalie Mann also works with students at universities such as Sciences Po and EDHEC. Co-creator of the “No More Plastic Kids” programme, she won two Anthem Awards in the United States in 2022, in recognition of her significant impact in educating children around the world about plastic pollution. She is the author of “No More Plastic: how plastic is ruining our health”, published on 18 September 2024 by Editions La Plage, the eco-responsible publishing house of the Hachette group, an essay on the effects of plastic on health, the environment and the economy.
