A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, Philippe Joguet has spent his entire career working for businesses in their relations with public authorities: first as a consultant with the C&I agency, then as Director of European Affairs for Thomson, since 2007 he has been Director of the Fédération du Commerce et de la Distribution (FCD), responsible for sustainable development, CSR and financial issues. In this capacity, he contributed to the Grenelle Environment Forum and the subsequent environmental conferences, as well as drafting the Roadmap for the Circular Economy and the Circular Economy Bill. Since 2018, he has chaired the MEDE’s Circular Economy group.
