Trained as a chemist, Laurine turned to CSR and sustainable development after careful consideration of the direction she wanted her career to take. It’s a choice she made out of conviction and a commitment to future generations. She began her career in quality and production on an industrial site. She then decided to move into more environmentally-friendly areas, such as the development of recycled materials. Laurine is one of the few professionals capable of working in these areas. She’s really driving a profound change in our industry. She’ll help us turn a corner to improve our galvanising business over the long term, in line with our CSR commitments. She can count on the support of management to move forward on technical solutions to replace substances and materials, in particular ABS, a plastic material that cannot be recycled in packaging.
