Hector began his career in the packaging industry three years ago at L’Oréal, a surprising turn of events after studying chemical materials engineering at Chimie ParisTech and design and innovation at Strate Paris. This unexpected path plunged him into a captivating field at the crossroads of science, consumer needs and technical innovation. During his three years there, he acquired in-depth expertise in sustainable aerosol technologies, contributing to patents and shaping the future performance of aerosol products.
Along the way, Hector discovered how data mining can be a powerful strategic lever for decision-making in science and innovation.
