The Cosmétopack / Cosmébooste consortia approach is divided into 3 phases: Review of toxicological thresholds suitable for cosmetics and of the various threshold assessment methods – Evaluation of the migration kinetics of doped HDPE resins in contact with various simulants and cosmetic galenicals – Development of an IT platform that integrates the definition of the pack, the definition of the product contained in the pack, the materials making up the pack with their SML and MPR rates, and the analysis of the associated toxicological risk according to the regulations.
