Products with a strong story around responsibility, whether that’s a reduced environmental impact or a more inclusive design, are receiving positive attention. As both consumers and shareholders are starting to demand more responsible products, this positive attention typically translates into increased sales. Simply put, ethical business is good business.
Designing responsible products is, however, not so easy. This talk will tackle the often-challenging issue of perception (how people perceive the impact) and reality (whether impact is genuinely making a difference).
