SWAYK has succeeded in reducing CO2 emissions through two major innovations.
One of these is cleaner gas. Our new actuators have mechanical break-up nozzles that can be used with compressed gases and are an alternative to the CO2-emitting liquefied gases most commonly used today.
The other is an improvement in manufacturing. The rubber rings used in our previous models have been completely replaced by plastic parts. As a result, greater precision was required in manufacturing to enable smooth nozzle changes as before, but CO2 emissions could be reduced.
These two changes have reduced CO2 emissions by more than 90%.
