The KP Aerofill AM-300 aerosol packaging machine is a unique monobloc solution offering two primary packaging processes in a compact footprint. Running up to 320 cans per minute, this machine sorts and places aerosol valves, then securely crimps the valve to the can.
The Valve Inserter can be configured for standard dip-tubed valves, Diptubeless and BOV variants.
The sorter is universal to both tinplate and aluminium valve cups. The Crimper can be configured in multiple working options, standard aerosol crimping, crimping with vacuum, internal or external crimping and compressed gas propellant filling “under the cup” typically for BOV. Additional optional features include dynamic pack pressure checking for compressed gas filling, Valve, Tube/Bag, Stem detection, along with rejection systems for 24-hour autonomous operation.
Construction is from our extensively proven RotaryPak machine range with universal features, continuous motion rotary turret with heavy-duty main bearings. Can handling protection via torque limiters throughout. Tool-free can diameter change parts.
