Refill a product (home / point of sale) allows to keep a packaging in the long term loop, and as a result, to reduce wastes and save energy as well as raw materials : Refill, Reuse, Reduce.
For the past twenty years, ENVASES GROUP has been offering a wide range of aluminium bottles with numerous screw openings, perfectly suited for the refill process, or as the main container reused several times.
Furthermore, aluminium is a lightweight and opaque material which is moreover unbreakable and infinitely recyclable without any loss of its properties. As a fact, it is the ideal alternative for refill projects.
We achieved many refill projects already existing on the market with a great success (Dior / Beauty Kitchen / L’Occitane / Benamor / Neat / Body Shop …).
Our screw neck range is available for capacities from 50ml to 750ml, with various shapes and profiles, and many customization solutions including some exclusive ones on the market (embossing/ on line integrated hot stamping/ special finishes).
Our two decades technical expertise also allows us to adapt our openings to the new dedicated accessories (such as automatic refilling caps).
This range is already available with PCR (25%, 50%, 100%) and PIR (100%) aluminium.
