VOION Group is proud to announce that its new headquarters, located in Shipai, Guangguan, has been fully operational since August 2021. Spanning a vast area of 300,000 square meters, the facility represents the future of intelligent manufacturing, equipped with cutting-edge technology, advanced production systems, and a strong commitment to sustainability.
The new VOION headquarters is outfitted with leading automated production lines, AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles), ASRS (Automatic Storage and Retrieval Systems), and advanced enterprise management systems such as ERP, MES, APS, WMS, and TMS. These innovations enable seamless operations and ensure efficiency across the entire production process, aligning with the standards of Industry 4.0.
A key feature of the VOION facility is its 40,000-square-meter, ISO27001-certified, secure information workshops. These secure areas guarantee the protection of intellectual property, from product development through to launch, offering peace of mind to our valued clients.
Additionally, the VOION Testing Center, a CNAS-certified professional packaging testing laboratory, supports the quality assurance process, ensuring that products meet the highest standards. The factory and its operations are powered by renewable energy, highlighting VOION’s commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
The facility specializes in producing a wide range of products, including books, manuals, corrugated boxes, printed cartons, rigid boxes, adhesive labels, tags, die-cutting products, and tobacco packaging. VOION’s expertise and innovation in these areas reinforce its position as a leader in the packaging industry.
