We are proud to introduce noSho, a groundbreaking advancement in tube packaging, which will debut at Paris Packaging Week in January 2025. This innovation marks a significant shift in the packaging industry by eliminating traditional shoulders and caps, resulting in a reduction in plastic use and a more efficient production process as new solution in the market.
A First in the Industry. As an industry first, noSho brings a new dimension to the design and engineering of cosmetic tubes. This innovative approach aligns with growing regulatory demands, such as the European Union’s Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), while catering to the evolving needs of partners and customers who prioritize both efficiency and environmental sustainability.
For the first time, we have fully integrated closure design aspects directly into our tube head design, marking a significant evolution in our decades of expertise in tube manufacturing. While we have often collaborated on closure innovations, this project represents a new milestone: creating and patenting our own design alongside an advanced approach to tube manufacturing.
At Paris Packaging Week, attendees will have the opportunity to experience physical samples of noSho firsthand, exploring the future of sustainable tube packaging. Additionally, 3D representations of various noSho solutions will be on display, demonstrating its versatility across multiple market segments and applications for our customers.
