Green Heart PE tube with recycle PE

GREEN HEART TUBE is a co-extruded tube with 3 layers.
The intermediate layer is made of recycled PE. In this way the usage of virgin material is reduced by up to 40% but maintaining the physical and aesthetic properties of the tube.
The recycled polyethylene is placed between two layers of virgin PE one of which is in direct contact with the product guaranteeing not only the compatibility between product and packaging but also excellent sealing capabilities.
The virgin PE in the external layer and assures a high aesthetic look, very good and reliable printing results.
In particular the materials used for the production of this tube are as follows:
• Mixture of Low- Linear- High density polythene, combined together in different percentages according to the customer needs, are used for the internal and external layers.
•The middle layer is produced with recycled HDPE certified material obtained from the sorting of selective packaging used in the food industry (in particular milk bottles).
