The “Taux de Sulfites” company has developed a distinctive logo affixed to wine bottles. Easily identifiable, it allows winegrowers, through simple laboratory analysis, to communicate effectively on the SO2 content of their production: 30%, 50% or 75% less sulphites compared to the percentage authorized by the regulations in force in France. . The “Zero sulphite added” medallion is also available.
