As President of the newly formed Circular Economy Commission of the Union of Wine Traders (UMVin), the French Spirits Federation (FFS), and the Aperitif Wines Federation (FFVA), I work with around fifteen companies from our federations and their staff on exploring the possibility of returning deposit bottles in our sectors, so they can be cleaned and reused instead of new bottles, under conditions that are economically viable for our companies and meet current quality standards.

On a daily basis, I have been the Director of Operations at RICHARD Vins et Spiritueux for 17 years, a wine trading and beverage distribution company for cafés, hotels, and restaurants. We have the unique feature of bottling 1.5 million deposit bottles, which are then washed at our facility each year, in addition to collecting and sorting 5.5 million bottles for beverage manufacturers through integrated logistics.
