Pour accompagner son développement DB GROUPE recrute un(e) Responsable Recherche Développement et Innovation.

Au cœur d’une équipe de 5 personnes (2 Chefs de Projets, 2 opérateurs.trices PAO et 1 coloriste), vous aurez en charge la responsabilité du Développement de nos produits en vous appuyant sur nos process (Sérigraphie, Flexographie, Numérique).

Vos missions :
Stratégie de Développement & Innovation
Maîtrise du cahier des charges, de la faisabilité du projet et des matières premières

As part of the sales team, your main tasks will be to carry out telephone prospecting and mailings, process leads, organise meetings for the Account Managers and take part in the organisation of trade fairs. You will also be responsible for following up prospects and passing on orders to the Supply Chain, while helping to monitor sales indicators.

Your tasks :
– Promote our technical solutions to contacts resulting from our marketing actions and opportunity detection.
– Monitor market needs, technological developments and the competition.
– Represent DB GROUPE at trade fairs and events.
– Identifying customer needs and proposing appropriate technical and economic solutions.
– Supervising the production of quotations, validating margins and negotiating prices, deadlines and technical elements with customers.
