Florence Roullet

Florence Roullet holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Claude Bernard University in Lyon, awarded in 1997, along with a specialisation in Cosmetology from IPII. After approximately fifteen years of international experience in the formulation and development of skincare and makeup products, she joined the packaging manufacturer Aptar in 2010 as Director of the Skincare and Makeup Laboratory within the Airless System division. In 2018, Aptar entrusted her with the creation of the Materials and Formulations expert team, now known as Applied Sciences, covering all of the group’s technologies. Since January 2024, she has returned to her roots, assuming the role of Global Director of Laboratory and Quality Development, overseeing teams in France, Germany, and Italy.
