Marleen Swart is sustainability director at Quadpack, a global manufacturer and supplier of packaging solutions. She leads Quadpack’s sustainability strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company’s vision and operations. She works closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to amplify impact, close the loop, and drive meaningful change. Marleen supports the sales team and clients by providing insights into (EU) sustainability regulations and oversees key certifications, including B Corp, EcoVadis, SEDEX, and Cradle to Cradle for Woodacity, Quadpack’s patented wooden closure made from responsibly sourced wood.
