Main tasks:
Sales to different types of customers in the area:
– present new products to customers, negotiate prices and lead times in line with sales policy, take orders and monitor sales;
– Ensure that sales targets are met (number of customers, sales and margins per customer).
Customer follow-up and development of customer portfolio:
– Organize rounds;
– Inform and advise customers on different products and resolve any problems;
– Identify and prospect potential customers
– Monitor progress in the area: implementation and results of new products, loyal customers…. ;
– Maintain customer files and prepare visit reports.
Participation in company promotion and sales strategy
– Participate in trade shows;
– Provide feedback on needs and ideas for new products;
– Ensure customer satisfaction with the conformity of products sold.
Job conditions :
– Contract : CDI
– Working hours : Fixed rate with no hourly reference
– Scope: Eastern France
– Experience: 2 years minimum – industrial, packaging, luxury goods or food environment
– Training: BAC+2 type BTS Technico-commercial / Negotiation and customer relations
