This technique allows the deposition of a thin metal layer of a few microns after a phase of degreasing and activation of the part to be treated. The technique is said to be barrel-rolled because it allows the bulk processing of a large quantity of parts. This allows a quality deposit. In order to guarantee the mastery of these operations, we have two robotic lines and a Fischerscope for the respect of specifications and the mastery of the deposited thicknesses.

2 automatic gilding chains (1N14, 2N gold and black gold), palladium (80/20), white bronze, nickel. The black gold deposit makes it possible to obtain an aged gold or aged silver type finish.
