Beyoncé teams up with Moët Hennessy to launch SirDavis whisky

Beyoncé has introduced a new whisky brand named SirDavis, in collaboration with Moët Hennessy.

Named in honour of her great-grandfather, Davis Hogue, a Prohibition-era moonshiner, SirDavis is a Japanese-inspired whisky that blends tradition with a modern twist.

The whisky is a blend of 51% rye and 49% malted barley. It’s aged in American oak barrels and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, resulting in a smooth flavour with hints of honey, brioche, and orange marmalade.

Its packaging stands out with equestrian-inspired designs, paying homage to Hogue while also celebrating the rich heritage of Black rodeo culture. Its rose-gold design and fluted edges, reflects both historical reverence and contemporary elegance.
