Altus Coating processes used in metalization

Endless colorless base coats for smoothing substrate surfaces are no longer needed. On the contrary, they require depth and texture for sprayed metal colors to shine.
So many unique, specific, unalterable colors can be created by spraying alloys and metals in different environments. There are remarkable yellows, golds, greens, reds, magentas, blues, or turquoises to be discovered.
All these original colors are designed to last over time.
Beyond a mere optical effect, protective coating creates a soft, silky finish.
With the Alsafe solution, the finishing coat can also include antibacterial protection.
All substrates can be metalized: BioPlastic, glass, wood, metal, elastomer, or leather, bearing in mind that each material is unique and will require specific care.
Substrates must be primed using a base coat UV varnish before they are ready for a fine metallic layer.
Altus Coating formulates UV varnishes ranging from the most flexible to the hardest, for perfect substrate binding. It involves an alchemy between polymers and materials.
Please note that some highly flexible materials can be a real challenge when they undergo compression, extension, or twisting.
