P&G collaborates with Dow on hard-to-recycle plastic waste programme
P&G collaborates with Dow on a program aimed at addressing the challenge of recycling difficult-to-process plastic waste.
This technology aims to transform difficult-to-recycle plastic packaging into recycled polyethylene of high quality, closely resembling virgin material, while also boasting a low greenhouse gas emissions footprint.
“Dow is dedicated to converting plastic waste into circular solutions, producing high-quality resins that meet our customers’ demands, all while contributing to the advancement of a circular economy. We are enthusiastic about collaborating with P&G, as they share our sustainability objectives and commitment to innovation” said Dave Parrillo, vice president for Research & Development, Dow Packaging & Specialty Plastics and Hydrocarbons
