A materials engineer by training, Thomas has spent more than 10 years working in packaging innovation and development in the luxury goods and cosmetics sectors. In 2021, he joined the Rémy Cointreau group’s Liqueur and Spirits division to ensure that eco-designed products were brought to market. Since 2023, he has been Head of Sustainable Packaging Innovation for the Group, responsible for defining and implementing the Group’s ambitious carbon reduction strategy for packaging, working on the deployment of alternative materials and the implementation of new business models based on the circular economy.
