LVMH focuses its efforts on reducing water consumption
LVMH, the French luxury group, has announced a new goal of reducing its overall water consumption footprint by 30%, reports Journal du Luxe.
By 2023, LVMH aims to reduce its water consumption by 30% through a number of different initiatives and activities. The French house will utilise pressure indicators and geolocation to preserve water in areas suffering from droughts.
At several production facilities, LVMH will also focus on reusing waste water and recovering rainwater. In pursuit of this, the firm will employ technology and make its best practises available to partner breeders, winegrowers, and growers.
