Sonoco completes acquisition of Eviosys
Sonoco has finalised its acquisition of Eviosys, strengthening its position as a global leader in metal packaging for food and aerosol products.
The move enhances Sonoco’s focus on sustainability, innovation, and delivering exceptional service to its customers.
Eviosys will transition to the Sonoco brand in the coming months and operate under Sonoco’s consumer packaging segment, with CEO Tomás López continuing to lead the business.
