Focus on…Our favourite packs of november

Let’s have a look at some of our favourite packs from the end of November! These designs and packs are all thanks to the brands and designers and their outstanding work.

Design agency Bengalbraith has created this new design for Mayfair Gin!

The rebrand takes inspiration from the Georgian architecture of the prestigious London suburb it was named after. By using a stripped-back colour palette, embossing, foiling and a gloss varnish, the design is repositioned as a sign of class and quality.

As a result of the rebrand, Mayfair Gin has now become one of the top selling gin brands in three major Australian liquor stores, with additional variants and a ready to drink range coming soon.

Studio 318 has created these beautiful designs for Tsara cosmetics.

Studio318 was tasked with designing the secondary packaging Tsara’s for their first launch – the Lipstick Range along with a box to hold all the lipsticks. Tsara was launched with a goal to provide cruelty-free lipstick to the Indian millennials.

According to the designers, “We translated the colour of the lipstick into the box to make the experience easier. The design language was created to reflect the brand’s values while the communication was written to emphasise the brand’s playful nature”.

Ukviat is a skincare brand who has a mission to create natural cosmetics and protect nature at the same time.

According to the designers, “We took inspiration from the vivid colours of the oils wanting to represent the honesty and transparency with which the brand was created. We created minimalist, mono-coloured packaging, which is shown in everyday situations or surrounded by nature”.

This illustrates how effective products are becoming part of our everyday life, while allowing us to make a positive impact on the planet in an easy and straightforward manner.

Packaging design agency Vault 49 has revealed its latest brand creation project for Drink casatera, a new product range that sits at the intersection of two key trends in the drinks industry – ready-to-drink and premium Tequila.

The design features a distinctive ‘agave blue’ primary brand colour. The choice of colour is bold and impactful on the shelf, distinguishing Casatera from other Tequila-based products. For the wordmark and other details on the pack, copper was chosen as a complementary colour. Due to its premium metallic finish, the can has a distinct feel and appeal, enticing people to pick it up.

According to the designers, “Noticing a recurring theme in the use of archways in Mexican architecture, we were inspired by how they welcome people in to explore and connect with others in their homes. Viewing these traditional architectural shapes and forms through a contemporary lens was the key to unlocking our creative vision for the brand.”
